Looks like this term will be a lot of sketches / drawing / and fine art.
I'll be doing some character development, pushing my Liam and Kodiak idea to full creation. Got some great ideas with this character team already. I'm loving it, and as I talk about it more I get more hungry and ravenous with more possibilities with these two. Everyone's a great help.
The first sketch assignment was cool, I thought I had some good stuff until I saw other student work.. I felt like, man, wasn't this just a sketch thing? Peoples work was off the chain. So I stepped up my game with this next one... Just forgot when it was due.. I hope not tomorrow... :3
I'm also doing character movement. This will just help me get better, building off my skills from basic. I'll probably upload my shoots to YouTube some time in the future. Reminds me, gotta upload my basic animation stuff.
Lastly, I'm in basic painting. This class seemed more intimidating than it really is. I'm really loving it so far. I guess I learned a lot of really good techniques in digital painting. I think it's the teacher that makes the class.
I don't have anything to post art wise today so just keep an eye out for the next one. I may have multiple pictures.
